Ep. 756 – Bram Stoker’s Dracula

Bram Stoker’s Dracula FLIES on into TADPOG studios. You know, cause he can be a bat. Or mist. Does mist fly? I guess it does but maybe not in a traditional sense. It just sorts of mists around. Anyway, we finally get to Bram Stoker’s Dracula on the SNES and the movie in its full glory. Worry not, we really hit the movie part on the head here with copious amounts of movie talk and interesting tidbits. We also talk about the game. Spoilers, there may be a lot less to say about the game. But if you like Dracula and Gary Oldman, then this is the episode for you. Please, sit awhile and listen!

Ep. 740 – Last Action Hero

Last Action Hero completes our SNES Schwarzenegger Series and we come full loaded to discuss what we thought not just about the game but also the movie – this is one Ian hadn’t even seen but Tyler has, that’s the very first time that has ever happened. But even better than all things Last Action Hero – Dave has started The Dark Tower series. So there is plenty of Dark Tower talk along with our theme. So if you enjoy any of it, please sit awhile and listen to our episode over Last Action Hero!

Ep. 718 – Hook (SNES)

Hook for SNES is back! Remember when we did it many moons ago but had to delete it for court related reasons but we said all of those episodes would be redone over time? THE TIME FOR HOOK IS NOW! AND IT IS DONE PROPERLY AS IT NOW FEATURES IAN! We do our absolute favorite draft to date, so much so we made it a 10 pick instead of a 5 pick draft. We talk about the movie, the game, and so much more. So if you like the Hook for SNES and Game Shows, this one is for you. So please, sit awhile and listen!

Ep. 557 – No Escape

We thought it was a taunt by the Randomizer at first, but it turns out there is an SNES game based on a movie by the same name “No Escape”. Well, apparently this movie was quite the flop but it was not without its fans. One of those fans is our beloved Sandwich Pope Phil, so we had to bring him on. We recount the movie, and the game but we really get into a deep discussion of Wild Hogs. Enjoy!

Ep. 287 – Skyblazer

Skyblazer

Strap on your cybernetic jet-wings and soar with us on a magical journey through Skyblazer, a hidden gem on the Super Nintendo. Amazingly enough we talk a lot about the game itself but we also explore extremely important tangents. We read a listener letter! We invent the sequel to Sweeney Todd moments after forgetting the name of the Sweeney Todd (for the second time). There’s lots of eFukt talk. We decide what Max Hardcore should be doing instead of wasting away in a jail cell.
