We stood at the edge of the abyss, staring into the violent darkness and shouted, “WE LOVE SANDWICH POPE PHIL HAWKINS! YOU CANNOT HAVE HIM!” and the darkness whispered back, “Have him then.” So the Randomizer chose a Phil Hawkins game TWO WEEKS IN A ROW bringing us Ghoul Patrol this week! Have you heard of Ghoul Patrol? Probably not. Its the sequel to Zombies Ate My Neighbors, but you wouldn’t guess that from the title. We talk about Bois, Burger King, and Kid’s Cuisine – like always. But this time we all sprinkle in some Ghoul Patron chat. Enjoy!
Welcome back, TADPOG Nation, to our next installment of our journey into Dorkly’s Top 25 N64 games. This week we’re coming at you with Star Wars: Rogue Squadron. We tell intro stories, and talk a lot about Rogue Squadron (hey, it’s a good game). But we hope you like what we have to say about it and everything else in the episode. There’s a quiz! We take a step back and look in the mirror for a second too. We hope you’re okay with it.
Another Original Flavor Wednesday is upon us, TADPOG Nation, and now we take another game off of Dorkly’s Top 25 N64 Games list. Per TADPOG tradition when it comes to Star Wars — we must use the internet to summon Grand Maester Wiley Ammons. We talk about insults we didn’t understand as kids, the best wholesome treats and the plight of Dash Rendar in Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire.
I bet you thought this day would never come. The anticipated climax to TADPOG’s journey through the Super Star Wars series. Would we be talking about this game if it weren’t ranked as IGN’s 26th best Super Nintendo game of all time? Well…no. Probably not. But can you blame us? So…spoilers…we didn’t really like this game very much so, if you hold it near and dear to your heart prepare to be hurt by our careless words. Otherwise, you’re probably going to really like this episode! Jon Turley (of NBA James fame) is back, bringing infinite Jedi wisdom to TADPOG Annex II.
