Ep. 841 – Barbie: Super Model & Barbie: Vacation Adventure (SNES)

Barbie: Super Model and the canceled Barbie: Vacation Adventure drive their pink corvettes onto TADPOG shores. We also take the opportunity to discuss the Barbie movie and bring on our foremost Barbologist, Nicole Nance, from half of TADPOG’s sweethearts, to cover all things Barbie. We talk about car parts, HBO shows, the next Dungeon Crawler Carl book, the Opryland Hotel, Chainsaw Man, The Ninth House, and so much more. But worry not, this episode is laden with more Barbie talk than anything else. So if you are a fan of Barbara Millicent Roberts, and TADPOG to a lesser degree, won’t you sit awhile and listen? Barbie: Super Model and Vacation Adventure!

Ep. 839 – Captain Commando (SNES)

Captain Commando commands its way to TADPOG shores, courtesy of Ian’s suggestion. Commando wasn’t working out too well so we pivoted to another thematic SNES game this week. Judging by the baby in the mech suit, you can imagine what we collectively thought about this game. BUT first, Tyler has gifts from his recent business trip. We talk about what we’ve been playing. Being adults and repairing our houses. The intensity of iPhone security and more. We really get into the game talk and say a few things we haven’t gotten to say about a game in some time. So, please, won’t you come sit awhile and listen?

Ep. 838 – Top Gear & Top Gear 3000 (SNES)

First off, Tyler is NOT dead. He is not dead.

Secondly, Dave and Ian are joined by Bubba Drewski to help talk about two SNES games in this episode: Top Gear and Top Gear 3000. There is also some talk about the unrelated BBC show Top Gear, some talk about Jeeps, some talk about missing iPhones, some talk about a trip to LA, and of course some jokes.

Ep. 837 – Lite Bake

Lite Bake. We heard you. Everyone knows the rules. The show will always look like the show art unless you ask for a lite bake. So here you are. You’re all long time fans of the show and understand the reference, right? We know that’s a big draw for people – lots of inside jokes. We did need a lite bake this week due to Tyler having to be out of town quite a bit for work, so we chat about some Louisville restaurants, Ian’s Horror Hole, The John Wickiverse, and plenty of other movies. We also take Sandwich Pope’s suggestions for some drafts and just hang out. Won’t you come sit awhile and listen? Lite Bake!
